How much money do you get from BAH while you are a full time student using the GI BILL? (ARMY)?

I will be leaving the Army in 2 years. I plan on using the GI Bill for the 4 years after that in order to get a college degree. I get E-5 rate BAH every month as long as I am using the GI Bill and am a full time student, correct? How much money exactly does that entail every month?

Thanks!

You will receive BAH W/DEP for E-5 based on the zip code of the school that you will be attending in two years. www.military.com has a BAH calculator and if you have some idea where you want to go, you can plug that in.

Edit: Oh, and you only get it WHILE classes are in session. No cash money in the summer.

Can i turn my Army GI Bill into tuition assistance if i went to collage before interring?

college, not collage (That’s something you do in art class)
entering, not interring

Can Army reserve tuition benefits and the GI Bill/ College fund be used simultaneously?

If you have the GI Bill from being in the Active army and you decide to go through ROTC or just stay in the Reserves of the National Guard can you use their educational benefits at the same time as your GI Bill/ Army College Fund?

Hi,

As far as I know you should only be able to use one fund at a time. You should talk to your VA school rep. They will be able to help you best.
